We live in challenging and uncertain times. Fear narratives are everywhere. The normal default is fight, flight, freeze, denial and grief. We are all traumatized in some way.

Emotional pain is a very real thing and it is felt. We feel the energy others are carrying. We are either shedding negativity to everyone around us, or we are disseminating qualities of peace and ease into the field of all possibilities. 

What do we do? Stay in a painful emotional state? Put our heads in the sand?

No! When the going gets tough, the tough must get magical.
 
We invoke the Trickster Magician to take on the unconscious, unworked poison of family and culture, and working together we use incantations, ceremony, and most of all, Embodiment to invite in Desire, Imagination and Expectation, and metabolize the poison. 

Cooperators are standing by, awaiting our dedication, wanting to help, and waiting for us to call on them.

Through Practical Magic we enter a mystical realm where Thoughts and Feelings, Beliefs and Attitudes and Choices and Decisions are used in a dedicated way to generate energy that affects all parts of our lives, and the lives of those around us.  
 
Let’s use the Trickster Energy of the New Moon in Gemini and the Summer Solstice window to liberate ourselves and others. We are powerful magicians and we are remembering how to cultivate and use the power inherent in ceremony and play to change the energy and co-create with The Universe. 
 

We have many tricks up our sleeves to help us re-member our True Nature as we embody the sub-personalities that keep us laughing. We need to feed these lively and mischievous parts of ourselves in these dangerous and beautiful times.

As Caroline Casey says, “Open the path before each one of us that we may be of maximum good while having the most serious and dedicated playful time possible.”

We’ll use this animated energy to levitate ourselves into the next incarnation of who we came here to be. And who is that? We’ll find out, together.
