We have seen how safe, sincere touch, with the intention to give rather than get, is a game changer.

As our relationship with technology continues to escalate, more people are suffering from the lack of human touch. We connect through screens, rather than through human contact.

It’s one of the main reasons we’ve continued to do in person events rather than online courses, because we’ve seen how human sensory powered interactions are the most powerful way  to interact, to be truly felt, and to connect with our humanity. 

We are mammals, and we need touch to survive, and to thrive. In a Heart Centered container, we discover how to give and receive healing touch. It is sometimes difficult to find this kind of opportunity in our culture, so this is a very special occasion to “fill our tanks”, and to learn how to bring this nurturing into our own life in a deliberate way.

Conscious touch is the primary language to communicate compassion. It supports the immune system, reduces stress, and encourages sleep. It doesn’t drain your batteries but recharges you instead.

Healing touch is one of most wonderful things we can give each other, and one of the best gifts we can receive.
